"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "It was as if taking a step back in time. Drifting off to sleep in a dark room with the snow falling through the positioned sliding windows as to not see any of the surrounding modern day buildings, was a marvellous experience that I shall treasure forever. Great amenities, a karoke room, natural onsens, a library and not to mention both a wonderful supper and breakfast, not to mention buffet style. My only regret is not booking another night!
