"I didn’t realize it until I walked into the lobby that I had stayed here before, but with a package ski club trip. Newer rustic rural Wisconsin atmosphere, nice breakfast variety, cookies and coffee/tea in the lobby 24/7. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and there is a Supper Club within a 15 minute drive! "

"I love to stay at this hotel when my husband and I visit our daughter at UWEC. Easy to get to and close to shopping areas. They keep their rooms clean and up to date and the staff here are always friendly. The breakfast is very good, too."

"This property is an excellent value. Safe, clean and well disinfected. A little noisy for a short time with some kids running above at midnight but they quieted quickly. Overall, highly recommend "

"The area was nice around the hotel. Was close to a main road, and surprisingly wasn’t very noisy. Only things I didn’t like were the pool area, needs to be updated, was no bathroom in the pool area. The room we had was not cleaned very well, the walls need to be washed down anns the clear plastic peice needs to be replaced on the corners of the walls and found a bottle of vodka in the cubbard. "

"The property was a wonderful surprise in uniqueness. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are very clean. It’s quiet and relaxing with seating outside. The person behind the desk was part of the owners’ family. He was very personable and gave great suggestions for local dining. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely seek out this local gem. "
