"I had difficulties with the self - check-in, but I'm over 60 years of age."

"This was my favorite hotel I booked on my recent trip to Japan. The Japanese style room with ocean view was amazing, the food was excellent, staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the baths - especially the open air rooftop one "

He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Recommended us to a wonderful place for dinner too which we enjoyed tremendously. The view from our room is fantastic! Thank you for everything! "

"Was a 20 minute walk from the JR bus station in Naruto to tbd hotel. Rooms were nice and roomier than some. Bed was comfortable as well. Staff were nice snd we opted for the choose you’re own breakfast. 5 minutes walk to Naruto station. You can catch buses to the bridge experience as well. Some nice dining options as well, within walking distance. "
