「All the hotel staff were so kind and welcoming!
Breakfast was very delicious, and the fresh fruits were absolutely amazing.
The room was also very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing.

「Albergo davvero carino e personale cortese e disponibile, ma la stanza puzzava di fumo.
Non siamo riusciti ad accendere l'idromassaggio, sarebbe opportuno mettere delle istruzioni.
Tutto sommato un buon soggiorno, odore di fumo a parte.
Buona e varia anche la colazione. 」

「AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. 」

「Hotel bem localizado no centro comercial de Nápoles. No anúncio do hotéis.com falava que tinha café da manhã incluído. Ao chegarmos fomos informados que o estabelecimento não dispõe desse serviço, o que se tornou um inconveniente. Hotel familiar, mas falta alguns reparos, banheiro pequeno e pra três pessoas tomarem banho, a última fica sem água quente, isso no inverno. Não foi um bom custo benefício. 」
