"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. My stay was even better than I anticipated considering how in-human the process was. Clean, big, safe comfortable room. The walls are thin, so being quiet using headphones is most polite. "Super friendly staff and perfect facilities and amenities. Onsen baths are extremely nice and the private bath on the 5th floor of the annex building has an unbeatable view. Meals were excellent and had many many courses, although occasionally some of the raw seafood dishes could have tasted a little fresher"
