Clean , excellent host

We love the property and all the amenities, wonderful place to stay!

This hotel is conveniently located on a number of bus routes from the Central City, in about 25 minutes from the airport on the Q bus. Off the room was clean and comfortable. Well, there is no receptionist, someone came promptly to help us at the door, and was kind enough to offer us to leave our bag in the room until a late afternoon flight.

Wow! What a little jewel this place turned out to be. Large, clean, beautiful, low-cost room. First, this is a very different cost-effective hotel experience. There is no 'front desk', and no staff save for a couple of cleaning folks you may or may not see. You enter the main front door using a code on a keypad, and you don't have a room key - you get a numeric combination for the combo lock on your door. Clean, stylishly unique rooms. Piero the host was kind enough to drop off a pastry and OJ every morning otherwise you would need to go out for breakfast.

Such a lovely visit, we only wish it could’ve been longer! The grounds were gorgeous, breakfast so yummy, staff very friendly & helpful!

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Hotel was clean and comfortable, location was great . Host was very nice and helpful.

It was a lovely stay. Evetything was perfect. Staff was super friendly. It was very clean and location was also superb. The only thing was the bed was not a double bed, instead two single beds side by side, which was a little uncomfortable. I really recommend the facility to keep an extra double mattress to make your couple guests happier.

Our stay was wonderful! We arrived later in the evening and our hosts were extremely patient and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby (Trattoria da Christian) that was possibly the best meal we had in Italy. The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property!

I travel extensively for work and Italy is not easy to navigate as a native English speaker. Rita was very kind and helpful and made my stay in Italy memorable. I would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping.
