「Was told our room would be cleaned & new towels for 2 days & they never showed up. Hot water was never really hot so showering was in lukewarm warm water. Lots of homeless around but had a nice large grass area for the dog & was a nice location to the college & downtown. Easy access to the river trails as well」

「The hotel seems to be renovating, and is generally nice. Good value for what you get. The worst thing about hotels for me are lights, the hotel across the way had a very bright security light that shone in our window…not this properties fault, but not nice for me. The train noise did not bother me as much as my spouse, however the facility offered free ear plugs. We were pleasantly surprised with a yummy breakfast burrito at the breakfast!
