"Good value, staff friendly "

"Nice hotel but didn't like the washroom. It was too small and the toilet lid keeps falling down when you're using the toilet. The air conditioner was leaking water on the bed. Location was nice. Near Lawson and kinda near the beach"

"It was self check-in. Requested me to use the confirmation number or name or phone number. I tried but all failed. For my name, it includes "-"; however, the input system has no "-" for input. For phone number, as the foreigner, I tried my phone number, but the system continued to say "Found no reservation." For the confirmation number, Hotels.com only sent me the Hotels.com itinerary, while Kariyushi only sent me the assess code of the front gate. How can I check in? Then I called for help,...

"It’s perfect for short or long stays, I was here for long stay and it is closer to an apartment and I love that! Internet great, big tv, clean spacious area, nice kitchen, big bathroom, great for solo or family!"

"Our first time here. We are already back for our second time. We love it. It has everything we need. A place to sleep, shower and ya know. Bed is comfortable and the heat AC works great. Awesome water pressure too. Lots of hot water. This will be our first pick when we come back to Okinawa. The staff is amazing. Professional and personable. They enjoy me trying to speak Japanese and then reply to me in their perfect English. Awesome people make this place even better. "
