Really beautiful hotel with thoughtful details. The staff was nice enough and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. You aren’t permitted to wear the really cool pajamas and robes into the common areas or breakfast though which was unusual for Japan. Overall fantastic value and lovely place.

Location was great, close to monorail stop. Helpfulness of the staff. Enjoyed our stay.

This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.

The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

The unit was very clean and daily maid service was a plus. They provided clean towels daily. The traditional and American breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Spacious and comfortable studio apartment (note, not 2 bedroom apartment as the room description stated, but the photos were accurate). Everything was clean and worked well, the beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. Would stay here again when visiting Naha.

Convenient location and also a high quality hotel! I paid for the breakfast, which features some local Okinawan cuisine (e.g. champuru and taco rice) and Western cuisine. Very well maintained overall. It’s not too far off from the Yui monorail by about 2-3 blocks which connects to the airport and some historical sites. A block northwest is a small department store, while 2 blocks northwest is a museum. I would go back again!

We chose this property as we wanted to be in the center of the action and it did not disappoint. A 3 minute walk around the corner and you enter Heiwadori, one of the many shopping streets off of the main Kokusaidori. Lots of shopping for Okinawan specific goods and foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge walk-in shower/tub combo. We would stay here again.

少し部屋は狭く、テーブルはなかったのですが、添い寝ができて、朝食がついていたため、大満足です。 夜9時から、ラーメンが無料で食べれるため並んで、食べましたが、おいしかったです。

Extremely family friendly with kids play area and pool. Very cute shopping basket and kids area to shop for their amenities, treats, and gifts.
