「Very nice and good location Pet friendly 」

「We had a late arrival and the staff were helpful and accommodating about it. The premises was also very beautiful with the surrounding scenery and fire pit」

「I loved how clean and cozy the place is. Wished check in was the opposite of check out. So I can enjoy more time at the hotel. Also if a drink machanie was available or even water bottles in the room would be lovely. Besides that we enjoyed our stay and will continue bookings in the future.」

「Wi-Fi was not connected.」

「Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. 」

「Location is good. View is great. Property is in the midst of doing some upgrades so hopefully next time there will be no issues (all minor such as a leaky sink in en suite bathroom, loose handles on kitchen cabinets, missing trim). We appreciated the upgrade to the top floor apartment (3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms instead of 1/1, which we paid for).」
