「It was easy to get to the chairlift, just across the road and up the steps. Unfortunately, the ski locker area was completly full with locks on and never seemed to be emptied, even during the day skiing most racks were occupied which made it impossible to store our skis there. We therefore had to leave them in our ski rack in the car and put them back in there each day. Overall, we had a great stay and the unit was very clean and well stocked. 」

「The property was a 2 bedroom condo. It had lots of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans for cooking at the unit. They even had a cake pan so you could celebrate a birthday, if needed. It has nice decor with matching accents. However, the massage chair needs to be reupholstered and a new non-stick frying pan would be nice. There is lots of local literature available but a pen and paper to take notes would have been helpful. We never met any staff and didn't know how to reach anyone for...

「We had a great time at Cascado Lodge. The unit is small and there’s only a hotel-like fridge if you’re planning to cook. The amenities are good including pool, sauna, although one of the jacuzzis’ jets were broken. The location is amazing - 10min to the gondolas - and with tons of dining and shopping options. 」

「The unit is nice and very clean. We were disappointed that there was only one couch in the living room instead of the 2 pictured. This was one of the reasons we chose the location as we were having a family gathering and were looking froward to hanging out together in the living room. Also, communication with the host was not great. They did not send the front door access code (or any other codes for internet, etc.) so we had to phone them late in the evening to get the front door code. The...

「We are very pleased with the apartment and our stay there. The apartment is well laid, with all required amenities; it is very clean and warm. The view is great! The only ‘nice to have’ would be access to a jacuzzi or a sauna on premises; or perhaps a bathtub instead of a shower in one of the bathrooms. We are happy to give you five stars.」

「Spotless cozy room. Can't recommend enough. It's only big enough for a couple - 'pull out couch' might be acceptable for a kid. And, no parking if you have a ski box on the top of your car. I think 6'8" max. Place is awesome and host was most helpful when I had questions! 」
