"An extremely beautiful hotel in the middle of the city of Lucerne. It was recently renovated and now shines in new splendor. The entire guest journey is automated and works perfectly. I can recommend the hotel for tourists as well as business travelers. I will certainly be back!"

"The quadruple room has no refrigerator, and nor kettle to boil water. The staffs are all friendly and caring."

"It was a quick walk to a private park leading to a serene spot by the lake. The receptionist,Katrina, was the warmest and kindest person who welcomed and helped us out. It's a disappointment that the street where the chalet was is undergoing a major repair. No access to take a shot in front. I wish Expedia notified us ahead of time"

"Most terrible is the lady receptionist “Sara”. She has no etiquettes of customer service. She doesn’t know how to nicely deal with guests. She actually shouts rather than to speak gently with grace, she isn’t fit for this kind of job. Hostel is not at a good location, no public transport from hostel. Small rooms etc. I’ll not recommend it. "

"Our trip to Europe was cancelled due to COVID-19. Of all the flights, excursions, and other hotels we had to cancel this is the ONLY hotel that did not refund our money or give us a travel voucher. BOO!!!"
