「It looks like a 5 star resort the room is so clean and location is just 10 min walk to the beach」

「I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their exceptional service truly made a lasting impression.  The location of the property is also fantastic. It is perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. Additionally, having on-site parking...

「⭐ -1/5(Negative Review) One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The manager was extremely arrogant and had a very unprofessional attitude. Instead of listening to guests or trying to resolve issues, the behavior was rude and unhelpful. The room itself was poorly maintained. There were no proper mirrors, basic amenities were missing, and even drinking water was not provided properly. The bathroom was extremely dirty and clearly...

「The location is good but the facility has no elevator. No kettle or coffee available. Restaurant has only lunch and dinner. Nearest restaurant is far. The check in was horrible. First we were taken to a non-ac room on second floor. After we pointed out the error we were taken to the first floor. Okay for a night’s sleep, but not for longer stays.」

「Tout est très bien !」

「The hotel had no food or amenities. Did not even have a breakfast of any kind. I have never been to such a hotel. 」

「No WiFi n TV facilities」

「Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Although the property is located a little away from the main area, once you arrive, it feels like you're staying at almost premium resort surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was decent and met our expectations. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly talented, warm, and attentive staff. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Overall, the property checked every box we were looking for. We had...

「Unfortunately, the overall experience was just average. I was excited to stay here, and the building did have the basics in place e.g. nice and clean building, rooms and bathrooms; and very conveniently located close to the north cliff (i.e. all the cafes etc.), but that's about it. Very poor/choppy wi-fi on the upper floor, mobile data didn't work either (so nightmare for remote work on top floor) and the staff wasn't really helpful / communicative / alert about the guests or hospitality. The...
