"R9 The Yard has become my preferred choice for business hotels in Japan, particularly when traveling by car. The included parking and ground-level container rooms make unloading luggage or tech incredibly convenient (there are no stairs or elevators to navigate) The rooms are consistently clean and modern, with everything in good working order. Not aged at all like some other hotels at similar prices. The bathrooms, which are especially important to me, are always spotless. Each guest receives...

"Rooms itself were comfortable, but the location was a little inconvenient."

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."
