I like that the lockers are right next to the pod instead of in a separate room like many others. My only minor complaint is that breakfast was served in an adjacent hotel which you have to go outside and back in to get to, which in the winter isn't the most pleasant. "This was a great hotel that we stayed at Unexpectedly due to are flight being cancelled at Chitose Airport due to the Snow. It was a perfect very comfortable stay and I can truly say it was a great place in relatively close proximity to Chitose airport via train and taxi. The overall hotel and the rooms were very modern and the beds were excellent, very comfortable. Staff were veer helpful and made us very welcome!"

Of note, the private rooms are on the fifth floor accessible by a steep, narrow staircase - we needed to repack ski bags for our flight the next morning and it was a struggle to get them to our room.
