"Very pleasant stay. Clean and quiet. Excellent impeccable service. Easy recommend this location, gives the established hotel chains a run for their money. Only downside is lack of elevator."

"First noted was the broken toilet seat. Steep stairs to the loft sleeping area had no hand rail. The kitchen pots were dirty. The oven was grimy. Cleaning supplies were old and filthy. One small garbage bag was provided with no visible means of disposal.No instructions were provided for internet connections (the modem codes were there) or powering the kettle or coffee maker (we eventually found power bars in drawers). Some makeshift over counter lighting was installed but didn’t work;...
