"It was ok generally but didn't have hot water at the sink. Shower was ok but sink not"

"Very helpful staff clean and tidy room"

"A handy spot in the center of town. Only discrepancy was a bunch of takeaway bags behind the door the cleaners missed, however it was no problem for me to put in the bin. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and bathroom was great. Staff were lovely and able to give a friendly chat and directions to the room."

"The hotel was very good. Staff were helpful and the room I had was very clean with a very comfy bed. My stay in Mansfield was very enjoyable thanks to the very good hotel experience."

"Great breakfast, friendly welcoming proprietor."

"Hotel in dire need of redecoration throughout. Carpets dirty, bathrooms tired, cleanliness debatable. If you're looking for 5 star accommodation this is not for you. More focused at the lower end of the scale."

"This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com"

"no complaints just our room stunk of cigarettes"
