"早餐是在 Crown Plaza 餐廳享用。早上大约 6:45, 當時那位餐廳男職員很有禮貌及幫忙，準時準備我的早餐外帶打包。"

"For the price you can't complain. Comfy bed, good shower, 15 minutes walk to the old town. Hundreds of restaurants just outside. Not far from the subway (lindun road stop) Friendly staff. Nothing less than 5 stars from me, I'll come here next time. "

"For dorm bed, towels are not provided although mentioned in the room amenities. Cups/plates/utensils are not available in the kitchen area. You're expected to bring your own. Other than that, the reception is friendly and the location is great for tourists. Affordable hostel to experience traditional housing in Gusu district."

"Really lovely spacious room with air con which kept the room warm as I went in autumn time whilst it was chilly outside. The bed also has an electric blanket. My room also had a little balcony. When you come out of the hotel you can go right and come to the main high street with lots of restuarant and shops or go left and go down lots of interesting little alleyways with cute shops and cafes. "

"I booked an International Chain, Hoping they would speak English ! Shocking to see it was none and negligible. It was tough to communicate for basics including food. Never staying at Holiday Inn Express in China. "

"The Holiday Inn Express in Luoyang is a great deal. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. My room was large and cozy and the bathroom was my favorite part (huge gym-style shower). The breakfast at this hotel is outrageously terrific! Every morning there was a delicious spread of Chinese and Western dishes to enjoy. I was traveling alone during this visit to see the Longmen Grottoes and I felt very safe and happy here. I highly recommend this spot!"

"The hotel is new, building and rooms are of high standard. But the service is nonexistent, I came in around 17:00 and had been on the road since morning. There was no restaurant or bar open at the hotel and no willingness to help me finding out if there was a restaurant somewhere close by. The staff in lobby was friendly so it wasn´t their fault, management seems clueless on how to serve customers. I am a bit sad about this as the hotel fits fine as first and last night on my regular trips if...
