「Overall satisfactory」

「Hotel bevind op uitstekende locatie. Alles op loopafstand. In het begin was het enorm wennen, want is een zelf incheck systeem met codes. Was veel uitzoeken.

「There is a need for the following: - A place for females to put their makeup - Carpet on the floor because the tiles are slippery - Cooking utensils」

「The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. 」

「If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.」

「I had a wonderful stay at Shalom Guesthouse in Port of Spain. It is located in a quiet and safe area. The room is spacious, with a mini fridge, which is great for cooling food and drinks and a table, which is practical for working, an en-suite bathroom and even a little terrace. The owner was very helpful with everything, like directions and other information. A delicious breakfast was served to my room. I could rest well here, can highly recommend this accommodation. :)」

「24 HOUR SECURITY, TO ME EVERY THING IS ON POINT, THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, GO AROUND THE CORNER YOU CAN EAT, HAM, LAMB, JAM.TAKE IN A LITTLE STEEL PAN SILVER STARS STEEL ORCHESTRA IS ON THE AVENUE, MOST OF ALL THE PRICE IS RIGHT, ITS IN EXPENSIVE」

「可も不可もない普通のホテルです。値段相応と感じました。都心で便利なのと、静かな環境でした。」

「This property is AMAZING! It is spotless, conveniently located and the owner has used her own travel experiences to anticipate what a traveler may need while staying at her property. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful & the owner is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. We HIGHLY recommend this property. We are definitely planning to be repeat customers. Top level accommodations and host accountability at a...

「Was a great stay clean property great ambiance you feel safe and secure and private even though it’s an apartment the multiple door entry is an experience that I could go without and gave me trouble a bit but great experience overall.」

「Location was great close transportation and easy access to the city and shopping areas.」

「The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. 」
