"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."

"The hotel is in gandhipuram, which is a good/central area. The hotel was clean and staff was largely helpful. But the wifi in my room did not work for 3.5 days out of the 4 days that I stayed there. It was very difficult to do my work, with such a wifi situation. Also, there was no laundry service available in the hotel. This made it difficult to get my clothes cleaned, while staying there. Also there was no in-house restaurant at the hotel, so that was a little inconvenient too. If the hotel...

"Nice hotel for a quick stay Clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was good. Service can be better as my request for soap never got fulfilled. I just did not bother after no one attended to it. "
