「I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.」

「Room was outdated and tub was old. Pool was not opened. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, yogurt and snack donuts.」

「the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice」
