「I have stayed at this property several times already, so I’m quite familiar with the experience here. One thing to be aware of is that communication can sometimes be slow. There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. 「It is a piece of paradise! Everything was amazing. Grounds and pool area is beautifull. Rooms are great and spotless. Staff was amazing and friendly. Would come back in a heartbeat. The beach is right across the road as well. 」

「Its a great park withe nice amenities, Also so close to the beach and very peaceful. The issue we had was that we had a cabin that is old but a good design, however the cleaners need to be sacked! There is an unbelievable amount of thick heavy dust everywhere in the cabin and the floors also need a proper clean」

We were expected to fix ourselves and let strangers walk through our room. Leaving open bottles of draino in the bathroom with our young children around. Called to discuss the refund we didn’t get and I was yelled at by the old owner and completely disrespected when I called to kindly discuss. Absolutely disgusting service to give.」
