「Just got home from a week at Ocean Tide! It was an amazing trip. It is in a prime location, a very short golf cart away from literally everything. Also has 2 cafes very very close which was easy breakfast and lunch options. All the staff we met there were friendly. They even have the sweetest hotel cat! I was there on a solo trip for three days, and it was just what I needed: clean, quiet, off the beaten path, but not too far that I ever felt unsafe. Woke up to a thunderstorm early in the morning, peeked out the front door, and I felt like I was in the jungle. 10/10 would stay again.」

「Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay for my 40th birthday at the Phoenix. The service and help from the staff can’t be beat. Fun beach bars and in town restaurants within walking distance. Snorkeling excursions to Hol Chan and Mexico Rocks. I didn’t want to leave !!」

「Good location across from the ferry terminal, although that did make it busy at times it was convenient. Breakfast “buffet” isn’t actually a buffet but a waffle thing, toast, eggs, and fruit that show up when the hosts arrive in the morning, but the time varies. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a decent kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen to cook with. No hot water at all, even after telling them about it, sink and shower had no water pressure hardly. had room was finally cleaned...

「the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable...
