"Ageing property but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We chose a triple room. It was very small but the price was reasonable. Walking distance to the train station so it was convenient although we only realised we had been walking a long way around towards the end of our stay."

"Very walkable to Niigata station. Also very safe and peaceful street with a few restaurants asbyou walk back to hotel Receptionist was very polite and helpful. We had a good 4 nights Stay."

"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. My stay was even better than I anticipated considering how in-human the process was. Clean, big, safe comfortable room. The walls are thin, so being quiet using headphones is most polite. Try not to use the...
