The common area with the kitchen and indoor and outdoor sitting areas is very nice, and again, due to the small size it's always quiet. 「This was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon 😭😂.」
「This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay. 」
「Very nice stay - very clean. Never saw any staff so can’t review that. Parking was minimal and cramped - luckily we ubered where we needed to go so that we wouldn’t lose our spot. 「Room was very nice and clean. Ideal for close proximity to UAB-Highlands. The only problem I had is the key card lock on my hotel room door. I had the hardest time getting in twice to the point where I thought that the key had demagnetized and had them reprogram the key. That was frustrating since I was on the fifth floor, but overall, I would definitely stay again.」
