"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Not only is this hotel super dated and rundown, it has a horrific staff and customer service. You can see that the management does not care about the hotel or providing service to people who are staying at the hotel, their reception has an aquarium that is dirty and gross, not sure if there was fish in there, but all you can see is moss growing in the tank. You don’t want to even look at it. The staff is uncaring and unprofessional. Please trust me, this hotel is..."

"Management required me to pay for a dirty washcloth which was only used regularly. They started with pics of used towels & bedsheets, wanted 200 Hong Kong dollars, but rescinded when I asked to see them & told them they will have to give them to me since I was buying them. I have traveled all over the world for over 50 years & have never had a hotel want payment for using the linen. They also charged my friend 50 for a different room. We are African American, it may have something to do with it."
