More information by the provider: 5-room flat (100sqm) in a cosy chalet near the centre of Zweisimmen. 7 minutes walk from the train station and the Rinderberg gondola. Quiet and sunny location. The outdoor seating area directly in front of the kitchen and the large balcony offers a beautiful view over the valley and the mountains. The parking place is directly in front of the house. The washing machine (CHF 5.00) and the tumble dryer are available for common use. The holiday flat "Am Ryschbächli", which is offered by the same owners, is only 20m away.
Ground floor: Kitchen and dining corner, fully equipped with coffee machine (coffee beans De Longhi), dishwasher, fondue-raclette set and direct access to the garden seating area. Living room with TV. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x200cm) pushed together with access to the large balcony. 1st floor: 3 further bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x200cm) and 1 bedroom with single bed (120x200cm). On each floor there is a bathroom with WC and shower. WiFi.
INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, 1 parking space, WiFi, tumble dryer in the house, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), coffee machine (De Longhi coffee beans). EXCLUSIVE: Washing machine against extra payment at CHF 5.00 per wash in the house. ***Pets not allowed***.
