"La personne responsable de l’accueil est vraiment adorable mais le camping en lui même est juste divisé en deux. D’un côté des mobilhome correct et de l’autre des vieilles caravanes dignes d’un squat et une population problématique (musique à fond, alcool, drogue et bagarre…)Même si nous avons eu la chance d’être du bon côté, le reste est à éviter. "The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Gent and so convenient. My room was one an extra large room, pristine and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had a car; parking was right under the hotel. The staff communicated in advance the instructions for the parking which was so helpful as I would have never found it based on the lobby adddress. I highly recommend this hotel. "
