For $170 a night it's a pretty junky place. I get that Zurich is expensive, but this place is pretty run down and dingy. Reasonably clean, but I wouldn't stay there again.

No air conditioning

No air conditioning is still fine in October , no idea in summer ! Open window with ring bell every 15 minutes by the clock house 3 stations from main railway station by S4 ,S13,S17 . short stay is fine, price is reasonable in Switzerland living standard. Hong Kong style restaurant is near by. Boiler, coffee and tea have provided in the room , refreightor and fan available , socket type fit with EU type ( o o ) narrow one

It is a very conveniently located hotel, just 1 min from the Limmatplatz tram stop and two stops from the Hauptbahnhof. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. the price was very good.

I liked you could open the windows(not all hotels have that) I did not like to hear the bells from the church nearby in the middle of the night but that is not the hotels fault

This hotel room was small, but clean. We were only staying for one night before heading to the airport the next morning so it was perfect for us, but I'm not sure if it's spacious enough fit a longer stay. Overall though, we were very pleased with the location and general condition of the room.

The staff was sooo helpful at check in and when we had questions about the area, the trams and the things to do. We contacted them late in the evening for additional bedding and they responded cordially and quickly. The hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet. The three of us were delighted with the staff upon arrival and during our stay. We will go out of our way to book this hotel on our next stay in Zurich. Very highly recommend.

Wir würden dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen. Wir versuchten das Anliegen mit dem Hotel direkt zu regeln - wurden aber nicht angehört. Meinem Freund wurde gesagt das Hotel sei für 2 Nächte gebucht und die zweite Nacht würde im Falle eines Check-outs verfallen. Danach musste er dann aber trotzdem für eine 2 Nacht bezahlen (einen erhöhten Preis.....)

Heatwave!

We went during the dreaded heat wave and they had no A/C. Not their fault it was so hot, but, be warned there is no A/C in rooms. They gave us a fan, but, still a VERY hot night.

Simple but clean hotel

Enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The service was good, the room was clean and was well equipped. I even could check in before noon. Will come back. its in decent distance to the railway station.
