I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and every room had a little balcony. Only had breakfast but it was excellent

Everything is good, but they need to buy some new pillow and should provide slippers,kettle and a couple of cups.

Everything you need in a beautiful hotel with awesome retro vibes. Beds are on the smaller size so if you're over 6' you may need a queen room. Bathrooms are snug but totally functional and showers have great pressure. Nice efficient place. Bowling alley in the basement is fantastic and fully operational. Breakfast is delicious and has a variety of options. Delicious coffee too. Highly recommend if looking for somewhere to stay near Zurich.

Bathroom not in good condition

The toilets flush was not working properly and fittings in the bathroom were in bad conditions. The room was too hot with no possibility to lower the heater setting.

This property was a let down. Besides the general manager of the hotel, every staff member was rude and unaccommodating. The room was 85 degrees Fahrenheit and we couldn’t get anyone to help us, therefore we couldn’t sleep. It was so uncomfortable.

Badezimmer in Wohnwagengröße! Defekter Haarföhn! Keine Klimaanlage! Mitarbeiter an der Bar sprach nur spanisch Prämiennacht wurde nicht eingelöst!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm, das Personal stets zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die schöne Umgebung und die Nähe zur Natur sowie die ausreichende Anzahl an Parkplätzen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers: Die Möbel wiesen Flecken auf, die Duschtücher hatten Löcher, der Boden im Bad war staubig, unter den Heizkörpern befanden sich Spinnweben, die Abdeckungen waren verschmutzt und die Serviette auf dem Kühlschrank war fleckig. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir zudem eine grössere Auswahl an Gemüse und Früchten gewünscht.
