Nice hôtel but ...

The amount of the breakfast is not enough. Very poor quality of WiFi. Good music at the beach, but loud. Very good location of the hotel.

Hotel agradable con buena atención del personal

Hotel agradable, cerca a la playa y con muy buena atención por parte de su personal, se ha notado un cambio significativo en los conceptos de atención al cliente entre el año anterior y el presente año, muy buena opción para pasar momentos de tranquilidad y relax, su ubicación es inmejorable con piscina y muy cerca de la playa; la atención en restaurant muy buena.

Desprolijos en el trato

Me hospede en la suite matrimonial. Lo pague por expedia y me daban un trago de bienvenida que al llegar al hotel me negaron porque dicen que cambio la concesion del restaurante y ya ni valia la promocion...el huesped no tiene porque saber que paso administrativamente, queda mal que se excusen con eso. Incluso el gerente/dueño avalaba la excusa. Luego de explicarle lo mal que se veia la respuesta me dio el trago. Lo demas todo bien!

Agradable hotel frente al mar

Muy agradable, personal muy atento y un rico restaurante. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Viaje con mi esposa y un bebé de 7 meses y nos facilitaron todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y descansar. Disfrutamos de 7 agradables días de verano

Hotel muy agradable junto a la playa

El hotel tiene buena ubicación. La habitación estuvo limpia pero no muy amplia, no contaba con friobar y los colchones muy blandos. El personal muy atento. La comida no estuvo mal pero con precios un poco elevados, y los tragos no son muy buenos... Buen ambiente para relajarse y disfrutar del mar, la playa y piscina...

Falta de coordinación entre hoteles.com y el hotel

El hotel bueno y sus habitaciones confortables, pero la atención del recepcionista pésimo, nosotros llegamos con nuestras reservaciones y el dijo que no había recibido el correo de reservación por parte de hoteles.com por eso no teníamos hab. Teniendo nosotros el número de reserva el dijo que no servía mientras no le envíen a ellos el correo.

Como para no regresar.

Hice el trato y cancelacion con Expedia. Las condiciones que di no se cumplieron, las habitaciones no fueron como solicite: una de ellas en segundo piso y ambas con vista al mar, nos dieron las mas lejanas al mar con vista a la piscina.Al reclamar, en el hotel no te solucionan nada,que hagamosel reclamo a Expedia, la comida con poca variedad, Un pastel de manzana que mas parecia un budin.

beautiful hotel

everything was very good only thing that wasn't good was breakfast and the pool was a little foggy but I definitely recommend this hotel

Great location, poor service

Hotel well located on the beach, well appointed and clean. Unfortunately staff are rather indifferent, reflected by poor service. The Hotel Manager often sat in the restaurant, but was there for his own benefit rather than to improve service or resolve issues. Breakfast, which is included is a joke. Throughout the stay it consisted of bread rolls, dry scrambled egg and cut-up hotdog sausages. No fruit or variety throughout. Jam had to be asked for, as was food and juice when finished as staff were not attentive. The restaurant food is mediocre and expensive for what it is. Also no daily specials, with just a fixed a la carte menu.

Excellent hotel

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, I traveled with my wife and daughter and we all enjoyed a nice and quiet weekend. The swimming pool is small but absolutely suitable for kids. The restaurant offer very nice well cooked and delicious food.

Disapointed

Mala actitud de la persona de recepcion de noche. Falsa informacion sobre la habitacion, no habia balcon si no un corridor sin sila. Mucho ruido de la calle.

Small Hotel at the Beach,

Place is near Beach, Hotel is One of the best Hotel in zorritos, some Roms Are loud. We changed the room to the First floor than it. was okay. The breakfast is very simple. Wie asked for Fruits, the answer was, the Restaurant is separate Company . And the Hotel Pay only for a minimal breakfast.
