In the hamlet Švogari 3 km from the centre of Kanfanar, 4 km from the centre of Žminj, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 km from the sea, 20 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced), trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool round (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bus stop 2 km, shingle beach 20 km, public bathing area 20 km. Sports centre 20 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Entrance hall with air conditioning. Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Terrace 20 m2, south-east facing position, terrace 10 m2, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: baby cot.
