The living and dining area forms the heart of the villa, featuring a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to a 20 m2 roofed terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding forest. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for a complete culinary experience. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower and WC, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. A separate WC is also available for added convenience.
