Family-friendly thatched-roof house with a fireplace, just 400 meters from the lagoon. Special attention was paid to amenities for families with small children. From child safety gates to handcarts, everything is available to make your little guests' vacation both safe and fun. Of course, adults aren't left out either; the comfortable furnishings and a spacious terrace with a barbecue ensure cozy holiday evenings. The hinterland region is highly valued by those seeking relaxation for its clear lakes, green forests, and many colorful meadows. For those who prefer a bit more hustle and bustle, the Kaiserbäder (imperial spa resorts) on the Baltic Sea beaches are just a few minutes away! Highlights included: All consumption-based energy costs Wi-Fi Extensive baby equipment Nearby activities: Usedom's hinterland offers a wealth of nature-based activities: far from the main roads, the sights are best discovered on hikes and bike tours. Fishing is possible in the Baltic Sea as soon as the water is ice-free. The chances of catching some magnificent specimens are good here! Tip: On a guided ISLAND SAFARI by jeep (available on Usedom), you'll experience expansive forests, lakes, and moors, reed beds along the inland coasts, pristine floodplain forests, sea eagles, kites and other birds of prey, cranes, cormorants, lapwings, and woodpeckers; beavers, otters, fallow deer, and red deer, and much, much more. Important note: Bed linen and towels are not included in the tour price. If you would like to book linen packages in advance, you can do so through Belvilla (€20 per person).

Die Lage und die Hausinnenausstattung sind super, Es ist alles für einen schönen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern vorhanden, Der Außenbereich ist es leider nicht, Die Hausfassade ist stark durch Spinnweben verschmutzt, Der Gartenbereich und Nebenräume brauchen dringend Pflege, Wir haben am 3, Tag den Rest des mal vorhandenen Rasens selbst von alten Kiefernnadel und Zapfen befreit damit unser Kind spielten konnte, Leider brauch auch die Schaukel und der sandlose Sandkasten pflege,
