Holiday home with 3 bedrooms

The eco-friendly, exclusive holiday home "Finn" was built in 2011 in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom. It is located in a quiet area with no through traffic.

The holiday home is approximately 111 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people.

The entire house has underfloor heating, and all windows and patio doors are equipped with electric roller shutters. The house features high-quality floor and wall tiles, and all bedrooms have cork flooring.

Modern patio furniture, including a recliner, completes the picture.

Two parking spaces are available at the house (one carport with a vehicle height of up to 1.75 meters, one open space), as well as a garden shed with interior lighting and charging facilities for e-bikes, a 12V compressor, a barbecue, and a handcart.
