Built in 2011, this holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished. It sits on a 400 sq m garden plot with a lawn and shrubs. A smaller holiday home, visually separated by a hedge, is also located on the property. Access is via a side road (paved, 50 m long). Parking is available on the property. The holiday home has two floors, three rooms (two of which are bedrooms), 65 sq m of living space, and sleeps five people. An additional child up to two years old can be accommodated in a cot upon request. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and a large dining table. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The stairs to the first floor are secured with a safety gate. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided. Electric heating is available. The upper floor contains two bedrooms. The master bedroom has one double bed (200*180) and the children's room has three single beds - which can also be used as a double bed (200*140).
