In the bright separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, you can recharge your batteries after an eventful day. From the living room, you can reach the thatched-roof balcony, which invites you to relax with its south-east exposure, rattan balcony furniture and parasol. There is a car parking space and a room for bicycles in the underground car park. There is also a communal washing machine and tumble dryer in the building. The beautifully maintained garden is shared by all residents of the house. A special feature is the wellness area attached to the house with three saunas, relaxation tubs, relaxation room, showers and much more. Use of the area is already included in the rental price.
