**** Thatched property - perfect for families with dogs

The thatched house "Nicole" was rebuilt in the thatched house area "De Poeler Drift in Zierow in 2016 and lovingly furnished for dog lovers and large families.

In November 2017 it received a **** star rating from the DTV.

The natural beach (dog beach) is only 600 m. The second section of the beach is also within easy walking distance and offers a lot of fun for young and old with a cafe, mini golf, beach volleyball and a large playground on the beach.

In the large living-dining area, a fireplace provides cozy warmth on cold days and you can make yourself comfortable on the couch with one of the numerous books or games.

The kitchenette is equipped with modern kitchen appliances. The large dining table offers space for the whole family. On request you can order a high chair.

There is a bowl and two dog baskets available for the four-legged friends. There are special blankets ready to protect the furnishings.

You can relax in the large shower room with sauna. Sufficient space for at least 4 people. An infusion is ready. The shower is level with the floor and has wellness radiation.

The guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine and dryer complete the ground floor.

The four bedrooms are upstairs.

They are brightly decorated with solid wood furniture. Two bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers - ideal for your children!

For the little guests there is a high chair, travel cot and stair gate! A toddler kit for the bathroom is available.

The other two bedrooms also have a TV and are each equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a chest of drawers.

The full bath on the upper floor impresses with the free-standing bathtub and the floor-to-ceiling shower with real glass partition. There you will also find a heated towel rail and two sinks - this is how the day can start.

The outside area is completely fenced and the terrace is oriented to the west side. Here you can enjoy sunny hours or plan barbecues with your family or friends. A fixed grill is ready.

Enjoy the hours of sunshine on the garden loungers or in the hotel's own beach chair.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house. Bicycles brought along can be locked in the in-house storage shed.

Tolles Haus, wenig Kind geeignet

Das Haus ist auf den ersten Blick wie auf den Bildern. Auf den zweiten leider schon ein wenig enttäuschend … es roch sehr nach nassem Hund, egal wie oft wir gelüftet haben. Auch waren die Fußböden recht dreckig. Die Schaukeln waren leider nicht benutzbar, da diese komplett gebrochen waren. Der Bollerwagen war komplett im Matsch gebadet worden und leider der Stoff gestockt.Ansonsten war das Haus wirklich wie auf den Bildern, hell modern und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Strandnähe war ganz toll. diese

Schönes Haus und gute Lage

Ein gut ausgestattetes, gemütliches Haus für 4 Parteien und Hund. Die Siedlung ist schön angelegt und die Häuser von hoher Qualität. Besonders positiv: Sauna, Qualität des Hauses, sehr gute Ausstattung. Einschränkung: die 4 Schlafzimmer sind recht klein, es ist oben hellhörig... Kritik: es könnte mal ne neue Pfanne her mit funktionierender Beschichtung, besonders bei dem sonst guten Induktionsherd... Fazit: Wer mit 4 Parteien und Hund unterwegs ist, findet kaum ein besseres Haus und die Umgebung ist zudem gerade für Spaziergänge mit Hund ideal.

Unvergessliche Ostsee

Wir sind zu sechst (drei Generationen: Grosseltern, Eltern, Kinder bzw. Enkelkindern) und zwei Hunden aus der Schweiz angereist. Das Ferienhaus Nicole entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Es bietet genügend Platz für alle, da jeder ein eigenes Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung und somit auch eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hat. Die Einrichtung ist modern und praktisch, mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Die Küche enthält alles, was es zum gelegentlichen Kochen benötigt. Die Betten sind etwas schmal, aber ok. Das Badezimmer im OG mit freistehender Badewanne (wurde von unserer Enkelin rege benutzt :-) und Dusche/WC bietet viel Platz. Auch die Dusche im EG ist grosszügig gebaut. Die Sauna ist klein, aber fein; von uns jedoch nicht benutzt. Der grosse Tisch bietet genügend Platz für 6-8 Personen. Der Garten ist toll und ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben jede Minute, die wir draussen verbringen konnten, genossen. Fazit: Wir alle haben uns total wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben den Schlüssel nur ungern wieder abgegeben. ;-) Zwei kleine Anmerkungen müssen dennoch sein: Die Sauberkeit - insbesondere der Küchenutensilien -(Bratpfanne, Toaster, Kochlöffel etc.) war leider nicht so gut. Vielleicht sollte das Augenmerk der Reinigungskräfte etwas mehr darauf gerichtet sein. Und das zweite: Auch wenn gewaschen werden kann, wären zwei Küchentücher mehr zur Verfügung ganz nett. Aber alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus, das wir sehr gerne weiter empfehlen!

Alles super :)

Wir fanden es sehr schön, tolle lage, kurzer weg zum strand. Ferienhaus "Nicole" kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen eingezäunten Garten, was unsere Hunde sehr gefreut hat. Einen Sauna raum mit grosser dusche und 1 weiteres bad mit freistehender badewanne und einer weiteren dusche. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingeräumt und alles was man brauch war da :) Einzig schade war, das nach 3 Tagen die sauna abgeschalten werden musste, wegen einem defekt in der Bedingung.Wir hatten einen wartungstermin wärend unseres Aufenthalts. In grossen und ganzen würden wir sehr gern wiederkommen ;)

Familienurlaub

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene 2 Kinder und 4 Hunde. Es waren alle beteiligten begeistert von dem Haus. Wir selbst reisten aus der Schweiz an um uns mit den Grosseltern, die wir und die Kinder nur selten sehen, eine schöne Woche zu machen. Alle sind voll auf ihre Kosten gekommen, es ist genügend Platz um sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Wir alle können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen, besonders für grössere Familien mit hunden.

Wunderbares Haus, tolle Lage

Großzügig eingerichtetes Haus in einer Feriensiedlung

Mit sechs Erwachsenen, zwei Jugendlichen und zwei Hunden hatten wir in diesem Haus einen schönen Familientreff. Vier Schlafzimmer und ein größeres Bad in der Oberetage und ein großes Wohnzimmer, kombiniert mit Küche, ein zusätzliches WC und eine Sauna befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet, so dass man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anwerfen muss. Für Kinder steht im eingezäunten ein Spielplatz zur Verfügung. So kann man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Haus Nicole Zierow

Der Aufenthalt an der Ostsee war wunderschön ebenso Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir waren vorallem begeistert über die Fliegengitter im ganzen Haus, da wurde wirklich nicht gespart. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Sonst alles TOP, Vermittlung und die Kommunikation waren vorbildlich. Wir haben es bereits mehrfach weiterempfohlen.

Für Kinder geeignet Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar Direkt am Hundestrand Großes Haus mit viel Platz im Garten Hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können

Traumhaus mit Sauna

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Haus ist großzügig gebaut. Bis zum Strand sind es max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem wunderschön und sehr zu empfehlen ! Das einzige was uns störte, ist der kleine Zaun (Höhe ca. 50cm). Wir konnten unsere Hunde nicht ableinen.

Einfach ein perfektes Haus!

Ankommen, reinschauen, bleiben wollen - das Ferienhaus Nicole ist einfach perfekt! Für uns eines der schönsten Häuser, das wir in Deutschland bisher je hatten. Die Ausstattung ist super und lässt (weder für Groß noch Klein oder für Hunde) keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist gemütlich, sauber, schön eingerichtet. Mini-Manko: Die Sauna funktionierte nicht und im Wohnzimmer fehlt vielleicht eine kleine Leselampe am Sofa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und wären sehr, sehr gerne noch geblieben!

Sehr schönes Haus. Mikrowelle und Lesebeleuchtung beim Sofa wären noch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung des ansonsten erstklassigen Hauses!

Wunderbares langes Wochenende

Wir hatten ganz wundervolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Als wir kamen, war es leider etwas kalt, da die Heizung defekt war. Der Umgang mit diesem unvorhersehbaren Umstand war hervorragend. Nicht nur dass unmittelbar am selben Tag noch ein Reparateur vorbeikam, auch preislich zeigte sich die Agentur kulant. Ganz toller Umgang mit den Gästen. Das Haus und der Garten sind traumhaft. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch, jedoch sind Einkäufe rasch mit dem Auto zu erledigen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank!

Super Urlaub mit Hund

Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Seht sauber, es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr tierlieb. Zum Strand nur ca. 10 Minuten. Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub. Gern immer wieder.

Modernes Traumhaus an der Ostsee

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Für Vierbeiner ist auch alles vorhanden. Highlight ist die Sauna und der Kamin.
