"This is a cosy hotel and comfortable one. The bedware is so comfy that we all spent a good sleep after an exhasuting day. We spent 3 nights there and got recharging each day. The tradition chinese hutong style decors are wonderful and we love it. However, the wall painting in the bedroom is not as same as in the photos and we are of great disappointment, and according to the staff that it was a new renovation. It is recommended that the hotel can update the photo in the hotel to avoid any misunderstanding. Anyway, we all highly recommended this hotel as u can feel what the traditional chinese lifestyle is ."

"The room was really spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t responding properly but it wasn’t a problem as it was a bit chilly. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. The hotel is at a five minute walk from a shopping centre area with plenty of restaurants and a tube station (Line 5)"

"Fick gratis laundry klart på några tim. Toppenbra! Fina stort rum. Stora sängar. Gratis kaffe och te, i rummet och även i receptionen. Snacks fanns gratis. När vi kom på natten/morgonen så var personalen såå tillmötesgående. Bar upp våra resväskor och fick till rummet välkomstbricka med lite frukter på kinesiskt vis. Hotellet ligger vid bästa hutonggatan Nanluoguxian. Lite Soho över det hela. Bästa restaurangen tycker vi är Heyan Roast Duck på Gulo Dongdajie. T-bana ligger på Nanluoguxian 15 min promenad bort. Förboka besök via guide el likn innan ni besöker Himmelska fridens torg och Förbjudna palatset, annars kommer man inte in. Använd appen Alipay för att betala i affärer mm. Undantagsvis funkar cash RMB."

In particular, we would like to thank Eva at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and handled everything with such care and efficiency. Her attentiveness and warmth made a lasting impression on us. Honestly, nearly every staff member we interacted with reflected that same level of hospitality, and we are very grateful. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "

"Great location! Got a room upgrade and loved the room. The towels felt so clean and soft, it was a really nice room. Location was conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, we didn’t have to walk far to grab food. The staff was really nice."
