This hotel was my stop between the airport and the park. It is very conveniently located to both the airport (10 minutes by taxi) and the cable car stop for Tianmen Mountain (10 minutes walking or 3 by taxi). It was comfortable, clean, and far enough away from the road to avoid loud noises. The staff also helped me to solve a booking issue at no extra charge.

広州からの中国南方航空便の到着が遅れたため、午前２時着陸。その夜は他のホテルに泊まり、翌朝ホテルに行き予約書を見せるとCP検索でやっと私の予約を確認されました。その日の到着予定客を把握していない（中国では当たり前のようですが）やはり印象としては悪くなります。英語を理解するスタッフがいなかった。スマホで翻訳して対応された。外国人を相手にしなくても中国人観光客を相手にすればよいのかこの頃英語が通じにくくなっている印象があります。以前は必死で英語を学ばれていましたが。２泊しましたが、トイレ掃除がされていませんでした。やはりちゃんとしてもらいたいと思います。

Excellent location within walking distance to the bus terminal. Checked in at 1am and had to check out at 4am but the staff were responsive on all occasions. Only comment was the toilet drainage has a slight smell of sewage and bring a toothbrush as it is not provided.

Spacious room and only issue was trying to figure out how to set the air conditioner to produce heat. I like how quiet the street is but during winter, it is really cold, so do make sure you have some thermal wear when you go to bed.

Value for money stay in ZJJ. Owners are friendly and spoke English as well. Room is modern and comfortable. Wifi works well. Walking distance to the bus terminal. Highly recommend!

Great location

Good location. Within walking distance to the Tianmenshan Cableway. Also within walking distance to bus station where you can catch the bus to Wulingyuan (Zhangjiajie National Park). Many restaurants nearby. Honest and friendly owner who is able to speak English and communicate though email. He recommended a great restaurant and massage spa nearby.

Nice hotel and close to main attractions

Check in was quick and easy. The room was small, but it was perfect for two people. It was close to the main park as well as Tianmen mountain. The staff were super friendly and helpful in assisting us in getting to the different parks.

Basic accomodation with great staff

This hotel is not fancy but is clean and in easy walking distance to the bus station, train station and cable car station for Tianmen mountain. The front desk staff/owner is very helpful and speaks English,. He was able to give us great recommendations on catching buses, hiking ideas, and places to eat. I would definatly return!

Great Service

The customer service at this hotel was unbelievably helpful. From the first night I arrived I had trouble. The ATMs did not take my card so the owner assisted with a PayPal transfer so I had money. When my plane was cancelled and I had to stay an additional two nights, they assisted me at the airport and found a place for me to stay since their hotel was booked. I have never received such great customer service. The bus station is within 15 minutes walking distance, depending upon which direction your room faces, you get view of Tianmen Mountain, and there are a good selection of restaurants to eat at. some staff member spoke English. In the morning, the street in front of the hotel had pop up restaurants that served delicious Chinese soups and steamed buns.

Nice new hotel with nice triple bed room

The hotel staff were very nice. Big bath towels were provided together with the small hand towels. They were helpful to provide an extra pillow on request and were also helpful to resolve the problem with the TV reception. The beds were comfortable. We stayed in room 206 which had a view of the school next door. It was not too noisy, although we could occasionally hear airplanes fly by. There was some construction going on nearby but we did not hear any noise from our room. There was sufficient hot water for all 3 of us to shower although the sink tap took a minute to warm up the water. No undesirable smells from the bathroom. There were quite a few stalls selling breakfast in the nearby alleys so we didn't have to go far to have breakfast. Hotel staff gave us a map of the area to find our way around.

ROUND TRIP IS STATED AS 40 YUAN. NOT SO, WAS TOLD 50 FOR ONE WAY-I SETTLED FOR 2O, BUT CHARGED 50 FOR THE RETURN TO THE AIRPORT. 70 YUAN TOTAL INSTEAD OF 40 YUANS. I REQUESTED A CERTAIN TIME FOR THE MORNING RETURN TO THE AIRPORT THE DAY BEFORE AND THE NEXT MORNING ATTHE LOBBY WAS TOLD THAT I HAD NOT ASKED FOR THAT TIME SLOT AND EITHER WAIT OR HURRY BEFORE THE NEXT CLIENT.
