Tony was a very friendly, super responsive host and my party of 8 and pet enjoyed a lovely family ski weekend at his property. There was more than enough room for kiddos & adults alike to comfortably stay, play, eat, and relax. The family room is especially cozy and the arcade game, pool table, and giant TV made for great entertainment. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need in workable condition, though things are a bit older and a hodgepodge that you might expect from a rental kitchen situation. Having a hot tub was also a great bonus and enjoyed, and the location & value can't be beat. When we had some ad hoc requests, we appreciated Tony and his housekeeper's prompt help. A very solid property to book, would repeat! Thank you!

One of our most favorite stays at Lake Tahoe! The host, Tony, is very responsive to messages, understanding and accomodating. He took care of us for our entire 3 night stay, until the morning we left.The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac where neighbors were super friendly and points of interest like groceries, hiking trails and ski lifts were less than 5 minutes away.The house was cozy, but spacious. All the cooking utensils and a spice rack at your disposal. A drip coffee maker with filters already provided and also a Keurig if you choose.The jetted tub in the main bathroom was great as well as the hot tub in the fenced back yard.We definitely took advantage of the pool table as well. Git to show my kids I still had it in me! Thanks again, Tony, for being a great host and for our most wonderful stay. Looking forward to next time!

This is a perfect place to stay for a family. There were 5 of us and a dog. Absolutely no complaints. Great location and plenty of room to hang out.

SPACE FOR DAYS!! This property is so spacious!! We were a group of 5 and we fit in each room comfortably! Check-in qas easy since we had great communication with the Host. Host is friendly and accommodating--don't hesitate to ask him about anything! Using the Hot Tub was HEAVENLY! Truly a home of relaxation everything had such a great ease of access.

This property is VERY dated. From the moment you arrive the walkway is cracking and breaking apart. The front door paint is peeling and chipped. The windows and furniture drawers are difficult to open. The floors and doors creak which makes it challenging to move around the home while others are sleeping. The appliances are also very old. For the cost I was expecting a much different experience based on the marketing photos with the pool table, hot tub and cool vintage video game.The owner was very responsive and home has daily essentials and a good location but I was very disappointed.

Incredible Snowy Getaway

We had an incredible time during our stay. We went for snow and we certainly got three incredible days of nonstop beautiful snow. Property was amazing, host Tony was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Great neighborhood, clean, and spacious house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location and Excellent Host

In expensive furnishings

Torn recliner. Carpet remnants in master bath, cheap stiff short handle plumber helper with splash back, one cheap chair outside with covered porch. Won’t be back.

Great Place

The house is great and the owner was very responsive when I had questions. There was a strange smell, but I think it was just cabin and ice melting but other than that we had no problems.

Wonderful location and amenities

I booked this place after wanting to extend a road trip with my husband and our dogs. Saw the pics and was excited about the large backyard, pool table, hot tub, and spa tub. As it had just snowed a few days before our host made sure the front steps and drive way were clear and the house was warm. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms had nice upgrades. The neighborhood was very nice. Loved that there was a grocery store in the shopping center down the hill.

Great home and location!

This place is located very conveniently close to the lake, casinos and heavenly. We had a great time staying in a quiet neighborhood with friends. The house is a big with huge living/hangout area that includes a pool table. Jacuzzi was working as it should! Highly recommended for anyone coming to stay in South Lake Tahoe!

Great Location

This house was in a great location. Close to many beautiful beaches. The house was very clean and had many amenities for all ages to use. Great communication throughout our whole trip by the host. We brought our Goldendoodle and it was so nice to have a fenced yard for him to safely explore.
