"Nicest hotel with the most amazing service. Rooms were awesome, breakfast was fantastic, they offered free tea in the arvo. The location was great, would definitely stay there again. Very impressed with the whole experience."

"We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge - washer and dryer was great too! All very clean. Staff were helpful and efficient, maybe just less friendly that the staff we had at smaller hotels in Vietnam. The pool was excellent and the kids enjoyed the games areas. Transport to and from the airport was great and well priced. Food and drinks within the hotel are expensive for Vietnam, but not unexpected. Hotel decor in general was dated but it good condition. Location was great and we walked for dinner & drink options."

"Great location, friendly staff, English speaking. The rooms are clean, AC works great which we found can be very cold at night. Buffet breakfast has many options with also a menu you can order from such as fresh eggs and Western and Vietnamese food items to choose from. Very welcoming and will accommodate you. Would stay here again."

"Big market about 100m away so location was good if that's your vibe. Hotel was clean and serviced daily. Not a fan however of open view bathrooms. Other than that it had a roof top pool and all the amenities you need."

"Hotel Nikkon Overall, the hotel was good, it definitely looks like a five star hotel, lobby was great. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful when checking in. The room was cleaned, but a bit worn out. Update needed A Must …!!! Since we had three people checking in they provided us with a roll-up bed, that’s a plus …!!! Also, they had a really nice pool, but not much views tho. During our check out, a manager approached to us to apologized about the disappointment we had of our room when I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars on the expedia survey for hotel check in, because the room was a bit of worn out. Their sincere apology was very genuine and noted that they were going on renovation for the building and in the near future everything will be better. In the end, he gave us a little sweet treat as a gift and a card in return. To end this, I suggested everyone should write a honest and respectful reviews of how the hotel shown so your voice could be heard and recognized in order for them to have improvement. I would say this hotel really stood out with their level rating and the acknowledgment for their guest . "
