Gute Austattung, mit allem was man so braucht, Lage und Objekt wie bei allen Südwindwohnungen ohnehin perfekt.Ein paar kleine Verbesserungen würden die Wohnung noch besser machen:1. Die Couch ist etwas altbacken und zum Schlafen (ich hab geschnarcht und bin ins WoZi umgezogen) nicht gut geeignet.2. Auch Esstisch und Stühle passen nicht wirklich zusammen bzw. sind sperriger als nötig.Was wirklich ungünstig bleibt, für viele Südwind-Wohnungen, ist das leidige Abholen...
