Ferienwohnung

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Inneneinrichtung ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Im Abstellraum wo man die Unterlagen für Stühle und Gartenliegen findet sind die Wände leider schimmelig und es ist immer ein schlechter Geruch in der Wohnung. Die Gartenliegen sind defekt und man muss echt Angst haben das man zusammen bricht. Es ist sehr schade aber wenn man nichts schreibt wird sich das Problem auch nicht ändern. Man müsste diese Sachen dringend abstellen!!!!

Wir freuten uns auf einen Enkelurlaub mit großer Wiese, Spielplatz, toller Wohnung. Leider hat der Spielplatz nur noch eine Wippe und einen vermoosten Sandkasten, nicht wie auf den Fotos m. Rutsche/ Schaukel. Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Duschkabine, -kopf waren unsauber. In der Küche alte Töpfe, Deckel, die Gläser müffeln in den Schränken, Plastikpflanzen...allgemein wirkt es wie Aussortiertes. Die Möbel waren mal schön, sollten wirklich getauscht werden. :-( Einfach Schade

Einfach ankommen und sich wohl fühlen

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Wohnung ist so wie in der Beschreibung bereits dargestellt, eingerichtet - es hat nichts gefehlt und es hat alles funktioniert. Es gibt auch einen separaten Parkplatz fürs Auto und für die Fahrräder welcher nachts auch abgeschlossen werden kann. Die Betten sind relativ schmal und könnten eine neue Matratze vertragen. Ich kann diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Immer wieder schön

Wir waren jetzt das 6. Mal in dieser Wohnung. Im großen und ganzen immer wieder schön - wie unser 2. Zuhause mittlerweile. Es könnte aber mal etwas "aufgehübscht" werden. Z.B. neue Garnitur, auf jeden Fall neue Matratzen, neue Kaffeemaschine, neuer Wassserkocher und neue Mikrowelle. Wir haben für Oktober bereits wieder gebucht und sind schon sehr gespannt.

Unterkunft Achterwasser

Die Unterkunft ist von der Umgebung her und dem drum herum sehr schön! Die Ferienwohnung ist vom Stil her sehr veraltet, kein Tiefkühlfach und die Sauberkeit lies auch zu wünschen übrig! Stühle für die Terrasse und 4 Personen war die Küche ausgestattet.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Wohnung war teilweise neu gestrichen, ein neuer Ceranfeldherd in der Küche und der Spiegelschrank im Bad wurde durch einen schönen beleuchteten Spiegel ausgetauscht. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung für Reisen mit Haustieren sehr zu empfehlen. Die nächste Reise ist bereits gebucht

Urlaub ZEM 100

Wir verbringen wenn möglich jährlich dort unseren Urlaub und sind für unsere Ansprüche sehr zufrieden. Die Möbel, vor allem der Teppich könnte mal ersetzt werden und die Toilettenreinigung hat in den letzten 2 Jahren nachgelassen. Ansonsten Daumen nach oben.

Kleinigkeiten beachten

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Bad ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Der Siffon war völlig verdreckt und voller Haare und der Abzug für die Dusche ist so eingestaubt, dass eigentlich keine Feuchtigkeit mehr abziehen kann. Der Herd (Backofen) lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Es dauert sehr lange, bis er mal auf Temperatur kommt. Von den Herdplatten funktionierten leider nur 1 große + 1 kleine.
