「Semarah Lielupe hotel is the best in the area. The location is walkable to the sea and the surrounding area is beautiful and safe. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and very professional. They cater to all your needs and respond immediately. The amenities of the hotel are amazing: spa service, gym, pool and saunas. "All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!"

"チェックインの際、フロントの方の対応がとても迅速且つ的確で、安心してホテルでの滞在が出来ました。旧市街のど真ん中にあるホテルという訳ではないので、旧市街へは若干歩かないといけませんが、不便と感じる程ではないです。これはホテルの責任ではないのですが、私と同タイミングで宿泊していた一家の子供数人が、大声で叫びながら客室前の廊下で何度も何度も激しく走り回りうるさかったです…。この一家に対してとても不快な思いはしました。"

"駅やバスターミナルから近く、旧市街にも徒歩で行ける好立地。部屋も清掃が行き届いており、綺麗な状態だった。ボトルの水が半分の状態だったのは気になったが、レセプションに言うと直ぐに新しい水を提供してくれた。"

"We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of dishes and delicious food. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. You can see Riga's bus terminal and market from the room. It's a great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, and supermarkets and malls are within walking distance. This is a recommended hotel in Riga."
