The Space:
THE POOL

A full-size rectangular pool (8.3m x 4.5m) set on a raised terrace overlooking open Maltese countryside, perfectly positioned for golden-hour sunsets. Surrounded by sun loungers and deckchairs, and completely private. No shared facilities, no timetables.

THE LIVING SPACES

Step inside to a generous open-plan living and dining area with a billiard table - great for evenings in. The large kitchen and dining area flows directly to the pool terrace, making alfresco meals effortless. A large front drive in provides parking for up to 4 cars - no logistics stress on arrival.

THE BEDROOMS

All five bedrooms are upstairs, each with air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom. The villa has a warm, traditional Maltese farmhouse character that photographs don't quite capture, guests consistently tell us it feels even better in person !

Villa Chossie is set in a peaceful rural pocket of southern Malta away from the tourist crowds, close to the island's most authentic spots.

This is not a city-centre property; it's a countryside retreat with easy access to everything worth seeing.
St. Peter's Pool (10 min) - one of Malta's most breathtaking natural swimming spots, carved into limestone cliffs.
St. Thomas Bay (5 min) - a sheltered bay ideal for swimming and snorkelling, popular with locals.
Marsaxlokk (5 min) - Malta's iconic fishing village, famous for its colourful luzzu boats, Sunday market, and the island's best fresh seafood.
Marsascala (5 min) - a relaxed seaside village perfect for morning walks and waterfront dining.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Zejtun, this villa offers nothing but a guaranteed relaxed holiday. Offering a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the country views, it is ideal for families and for anyone who is looking for a relaxing day by the pool. A mini-grocery store is located a few meters away while a supermarket can be reached within a 5 minute walk. St. Thomas bay is located a 5 minute drive away while Delimara & St.Peter's pool can be reached by a 10 minute drive. The famous fishing village of Marsaxlokk is located quite close approx. 5 minute drive away.

Getting Around:

A bus stop is located a few meters away from the villa.

Each bedroom has its own AC unit. €10 daily credit is included for each day you stay with us.

PETS

Well-behaved pets welcome. Additional cleaning fee of €75 per pet for the stay.

ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY

Payable on arrival/check is an environmental contribution of EUR 1.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 22.50 per person for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands.
