"Large clean room, comfortable bed and bedding. Can open windows (some street noise). Public car park 300m, secure, 16 euros for 24 hrs. Had to ask for key card to be revalidated once, desk staff a bit disorganised but friendly. Excellent location close to main street."

We finally did get the room locations we wanted but only after having to spend way too much time trying to communicate with host. Rooms were clean. Beds very hard, not comfortable. The pillows were horrible—like having no pillow. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom as I forgot mine. Fire alarm went off on last night—no hotel representative to communicate with. Not fun standing on n the street at 22:00 after you’ve already gone to bed. Was told by another guest the fire alarm went off 6 days prior as well. I stayed at LimeHome in Memmingen a year ago and it was a lovely place experience. I won’t be staying with LimeHome again. Tried to call the number where we had spoken to the rude woman and my phone said that number would no longer accept calls, I could only text. Unacceptable! "

"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."

"We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the night receptionist friendly and helpful, and we liked that the location was close to the train station and other public transit. The price to park was a bit steep, though we appreciated that the large garage was available next door. The only real negative was the elevators; for a relatively large hotel, they had a small capacity and took forever, which wasn't great for a family with a kid in a stroller."

"In five weeks of travel in Europe we had our best sleep here.everything was clean, the bed was comfy and we could actually adjust the room temperature so it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was amazing! Quality, variety, quantity… We locked our power converter in our car in a locked parking garage. Front desk found us one! We would definitely go back again! "
