「Amazing place and very helpful host. My kid had wonderful time」

「Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

「Skøn udsigt fra huset mod bjergene」

「Wow! The views, the room, the food, the pools, the facilities, the service - everything far exceeded expectations, especially for the price. This kind of experience at home in the USA would not be nearly as beautiful and would cost 4x as much. That difference more than covers the airfare, LOL. You can come here and do nothing but relax and soak and devour food from the buffet, or you can hike or ski your hearts out and reward yourself at the end of the day with the special tasting menu at...

「View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.」

「Billederne var bedre end virkeligheden」

「近くにスーパーやガソリンスタンドもあって、便利でした。キッツシュタインホルンのロープウェイ駅にも近いです。」

「Amazing property with amazing staff. Can't wait to come back.」

「Situated right on a main road, the traffic noise made the balcony less enjoyable. The apartment was okay for the basics, but cleanliness and upkeep fell short of 4-star expectations, with signs of wear, a tired kitchen, and minor maintenance issues. The weekday breakfast was very simple and limited. Given the price, we didn't feel fully comfortable and wouldn't return.」

「They are outstanding」

「Lovely staff Water cold in room despite asking for it to be addressed Resturant closed due to out of season but would have liked to know that before booking and would have stayed elsewhere 」

「The hotel staff was very kind and she gave us summer cards which we could use at many places for free or with discount. The location was also very good. One point I would like to underline is we thought electric kettle was placed in our room, but actually there was no electric kettle there. Nevertheless it was very cozy to stay there.」

「Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

「Beautiful hotel once you get used to the maze and bunker style halls ways. If you haven't got a car getting to a from town is either 30 or 10 mins depending on which route you take. The 10 mins is a steep path. You'll need some fitness.」
