"Super Empfangspersonal. Wunderschöne ei gerichtete Wohnung. Moderne Küche. Betten waren für uns etwas zu hart, aber alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr viele Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten und 2 Tv. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Terrasse und waren in 2 min. Am Strand. Eine Sauna und kleiner Indoopool war vorhanden, leider oft von Kindern belegt, aber das war in den Ferien zu erwarten. Das Restaurant war , im nachhinein zum Glück zu, sonst wäre die Terrssse sicher nicht so sehr zum Genuss...

Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – perfekt zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Der Wintergarten war einfach super und die Aussicht ein Traum. Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen und Erholen ein. Die maritime Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Ein wenig verwundert hat die recht sparsame Ausstattung mit Handtüchern (auch im Küchenbereich). Die fehlende Waschmaschine hat nicht wirklich gestört, sollte jedoch dann nicht als vorhanden...

"Alles in Allem gute Wohnung. Gute Austattung, mit allem was man so braucht, Lage und Objekt wie bei allen Südwindwohnungen ohnehin perfekt.Ein paar kleine Verbesserungen würden die Wohnung noch besser machen:1. Die Couch ist etwas altbacken und zum Schlafen (ich hab geschnarcht und bin ins WoZi umgezogen) nicht gut geeignet.2. Auch Esstisch und Stühle passen nicht wirklich zusammen bzw. sind sperriger als nötig.Was wirklich ungünstig bleibt, für viele Südwind-Wohnungen, ist das leidige Abholen...

"Der Check-In ging nur telefonisch über den Hausverwalter,Die Küchenausstattung war bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten soweit in Ordnung.Die Tiefkühlkombi gehört ausgewechselt zu werden,denn am Anreisetag waren richtige Eiswürfel im Frostfach.Dazu war der Froster total vereist.Das was genervt hat, waren die Ameisen die durch die Küche,über Tische,Fußboden,Flur und Wohnzimmer regelrecht eine Art Autobahn bildeten. Nach Hinweis am Hausverwalter trat kurzfristig Besserung ein. Wir haben dann in der Küche...
