The room and surrounding small spaces were cleaned but just outside the building, there was tons of garbage and abandoned buildings. This is a budget stay and beware of your safety. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect.
